Today is Friday.

After work today I get two days off, aka weekend, so today's Friday.

And it's a very good weekend too. This past work week was 6 days long, starting with 3 7am-4pm shifts, all after only one day off. IT SUCKED.

After this weekend though, I only have to work three days before a weekend. And then four days after that till the next one.

Storms are in the forecast for the next five days, just like they have been all last week. I love it. Even when it doesn't storm, it's been really cloudy, which is awesome.

No, seriously. About 80,000 people, on 3 days and the stage is in an ancient amphi theatre, which means everyone can see the stage.

Most is oldschool Rock that's playing. And it isn't that expensive. (though you need ticket AND camping ticket. Parking tickets are sold out already! )

And there's a consistent amount of (German) forum people present.

Disadvantage, 2 camps. One on the parking lot, the other on the camp site. And they don't mingle easilly.


And... a GOOD admosphere!

(plus: showers, clean toilets (NO dixies) and clean dixies, for if you're a bit further behind the camp site)

Edit Piaf zegt: Pentecoste weekend as well. So, you leave on Monday!
And good access by public transport from Gelsenkichen Hbf by bus.
