And there's no energy saving at all!

Since I've only crossed the ocean once, I know I have difficulties adapting to other time zones. I'll manage after 2 days or so, but the first day is the most difficult. My biological clock is so punctual... it needs adapting, and that takes time. Even for one hour.
Back is worse, I'll fall asleep at 5pm. (until the next day normal time)
