Well since everyone was so nice to wish me well last week, time for an update.
I overstretched my left knee (bending it backwards) and with me being a little bit hypermobile it normally is gone within 1 to 2 days. But not this time. So I've probs strained some muscles. I'm now wearing a kneebrace and try not to walk too much. That's it. Ooh and the foggy brain last week was just flu like symptoms. That's long gone.
