About 3 years ago I decided to move away from Finland when kids are bit older. Now I am about a year away from that and also have someone to go to so it is starting to feel real and soon I really have to start planning it and not just dreaming. :eek:

Unemployment money you can get for 3 months no matter where you live (at least in EU) but after that nothing so you have to have some other way to support yourself after that. So I guess it is bit easier for us than it was for you. :)

Start planning!
First and "easy" thing you can do: Learn German. ;)

And orient yourself a bit more. One never knows how a cow can catch a hare. ;)
