70K Before Wacken 2013

I thought he was OK, though did many high voiced things. But for me he had a performance that was great, there was a great atmosphere and he put on a show. Too bad it was a bit short though.

But... over all, it was worth it!

What happened?

4pm was knock-off time. The unit manager and a nurse came in and asked how long it would take for a decision to be available on paper as they wanted to start treatment on a patient tomorrow (they couldn't do it without said paperwork). I rang town in a bit of a flustered panic and asked what my options were. In the end, the last hearing finished at 4, so I sat outside the room and waited for them to come out with the paperwork, and did what I had to do.

Nope, just meant I had no time to warm-up, and my session finished a couple of minutes after 5:30 anyway as he had another appointment after me. Still managed to fit in a fair bit of lifting.

I did what I had to do. It's one of those things...the sooner the patient gets the treatment required, the sooner they can be discharged, and the next person won't have to wait so long for a bed. It's all bureaucratic stuff anyway, and that's the worst thing to get in the way of anything really

How are you feeling about it so far?

Yeah better. I can see the results myself which is a good sign (not just on the scales) because usually everyone notices it but not me. The fact that I can get breakfast cooked in under 3 minutes now is a bonus so it's easier to live with that. And yeah, I'm never hungry
