I don't like 3D much either. It's kinda cool but it costs more than it's worth. Plus movies are expensive enough to begin with.

It just annoys me to no end that they are just remaking movies in 3D just to charge more. I don't mind if the movie was originally intended for 3D but ever since Avatar it seems like its just been endless 3D movies and then the whole other swing to slow the frames so that the movie is more 'realistic'.. I'm a purist, I just want to watch it like it's supposed to be! lol

I don't watch movies enough to care, but I think 3D is just one of those fads that no one will care about in a couple years. Sure seems to be, anyway.

I dunno. Beats me how many movies are in 3D at you place, but here in Germany it's really okay. I mean you CAN go to the movies 'n watch 3D or 2D in almost any cinema. Hobbit was the first movie when I saw that there was only the choice between 3D and 3D HFR.
No 2D anymore. Well in general I think it's really cool for some movies. Sometimes I like it a lot. But mostly we watch "ordinary" movies. What the hell.

I don't care about distance.
It's just the fact you can easilly talk to someone who's living about 5,000k's away from here, without spending much $$/€€ on phone bills. That's great!
I remember evenings we were talking to the US, Germany, Dubai and me in Belgium, at the same time! And I mean TALKING, not like Kris who's just typing and doesn't make a sound.
Great time! (come to think of that)
Skype has kept me sane (as much as I can ever be) during last few years. I love my skype but soon I won't need it as much.

You know, it's really come in handy that I keep up with tech news. Not just new smartphones etc. But since at work I rarely am told anything new in advance, it helps to know about for example the iPhone coming on Straight Talk and the prices so I can answer questions about it.
