Yep, exactly. My paternal family originate from a village about an hour away from Venice. Even though my father's first language was Italian, he doesn't know how to speak "proper" Italian; pretty much only dialect. He also for some reason finds it hard to translate between that and English so he didn't teach us very much.

Yeah Not sure if you read it or if I told you already but they played Headbangers Open Air this year and we hung out in Hamburg the following Monday night for a pub crawl. It was (for lack of a better expression) a very memorable evening

OMG this was pretty much me yesterday when I wasn't worrying about how to make everyone happy! I decided to get onto payroll who fudged my RDO hours (essentially overtime) but payed me correctly, so the day before I sent an email with two attachments and gave what I thought was a pretty idiot-proof explanation of what was wrong...they didn't get it So I slept on it and finally this afternoon I worked out a way to dumb it down to full retard level without sounding like a condesending jerk. That in itself was a really difficult task!
