It would have been close to midday on the Sunday, and my two remaining friends were following me back to my hotel in Hamburg, so we decided to wait on the road for a cab but we had no such luck, so we went to the cab rank and I asked the woman which part was the front and she just went "NEIN NEIN" and pushed me out of the way. Then she spent a few minutes yelling at everyone to catch the bus instead. Eventually they sent one around anyway and didn't bother checking tickets or asking us to pay for one. At least she helped me with my bags in the end
