Dong is in July 12 to 14. (you leave the 15th) in Neukirchen-Vluyn, near Duisburg.
The difficulty is: there's BAD transportation for those who do not have a car. But... we have found a relatively cheap route, via Moers station (bit further than Duisburg, direction Xanten), and then a cab from there. That's about 13€.
