And when I have worked up some stamina, I might just try and see some courses. They even have a back training course there. I just don't wanna go there when I know I will collaps at other people's speed within two minutes
Such as pilates? Or as I prefer to call it "an hour of sit-ups"
I wouldn't worry about all of the fitter people. The times I do take classes at the gym there's always at least one large old lady there too
Mind you I don't do those crazy classes like "body attack". Those classes are insane!
