I hear that you can tell the Germans apart from the locals in German bars here, because they're the only ones drinking Australian beer :D All fun things are taxed to shit over here, so why would they pay import prices for "local" beers? :p

I would think that was for foreigners in general. Though, my ex when we went to Finland had a Fosters. Why he'd have a Fosters in fucking Finland is beyond me. -.- He thought it was a Finnish beer.

I'd do the same. :D

And not because I don't like German beer.

I actually found a Belgian beer I MUST try. We'll have to go on an adventure but we have to find it :D.

Why anyone would have Fosters is beyond me. No-one drinks it here and that's not much of an over-statement. The most Fosters I ever saw was in England. Every Australian bar or any other bar selling "Australian beer" was littered with Fosters. It was the only Australian beer my great aunty could name :p

That's pretty much what I said once I examined the bottle. I had never seen it before, and neither had he. I did hear about it though. I was wondering why he had the single non-Finnish beer on the damn menu.
