• the glorification of violence and drugs

I don't get all of these things, I mean, yeah racism, threats and discrimination should all be punnished, I totally agree.
But insults? people insult each other all the time...

what the hell do they mean by liable to corrupt the young? corrupt the young? isn't that what some groups say about metal in general?

Glorification of drugs? so if I tell I had a great night out while being on drugs, will I be banned, or do they mean something else with this?

Insults probably refer to racist insults or something, corrupting youth like making propaganda for nationalsocialism, e.g.? and glorifying drugs in a way that you get others hooked
