I'll be back in a couple of minutes. I always check back on posts that I miss anyway :)

Ok then

prepare some semolina dumplings. You cook 125ml milk with a pinch of salt a little sugar and cinamon, take it from the stove, stir 50g semolina with it and put it on the stove again (keep stiring) for about a minute. Then you take it off the stove again and mix and egg with it. Afterwards you can form dumplings with two table spoons and put the dumblings into almost boiling water. When they start swimming they're good and you can put them into a colander.

aside peel a pear and cut it into pieces. put it in a pot and pour the ingredients for the soup on it. about 1 1/2 part elderberry juice, one part apple juice, 1/2 part water. You can always change the constellation after sampling the soup. Put it on the stove and let it almost cook. Stir some instant powder for making pudding (best vanilla) with cold water and stir the liquiq into the hot soup until it's a little thick. Now you can sample the dish with sugar and cinamon and in the end put the dumlings in.

Be sure never to cook the dumplings too hard (that's also why you don't put them into the soup until the end) because they'll fall apart.

Also be sure not to get any of that stuff on your clothes or anywhere. Elderberry makes really bad stains!

Aber... Bayern liegt im Ausland, und was hat's für 'n Zweck eine Sprache zu lernen die nur durch 20 Leute geredet wird? ;) :D

Und jetzt bin ich wirklich weg.

PS. Niederländisch wird durch 23Mio geredet. Damit auch dieses Argument weg fällt.

:D

Meh, the same with the dialect my father and his family can speak. It's more fun and mostly a very lazy language. Pretty sure probably half of the "Italian" I know isn't real Italian anyway.

Whatever I learn, I just need to make sure I don't give the locals the wrong impression :D

Still, this dish is plain awesome when it's cold outside... so it's perfect for an Australian :D
