Unfortunately, I couldn't vote. Which really annoyed me, because I thought I could. The city my address is in was one that was doing it. But I'm technically in an unincorporated area, or in other words, technically not in that city. So I wasn't allowed to vote in their election.

So basically, you can't vote at all, or you would be able to vote if they held one in the area you actually live?
