Okay, so you went alone to the festival as well? And yeah London has some monuments but besides that doesn't seem that intresting to me.
We had such a great time and still keep in touch
I even hung out with one of the Londonites after the festival as I had no plans and she was unemployed.apparently dutch is just a german dialect: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Dialekte
that's still better than the english explenation: "dutch started as a joke that got out of control"
No, a friend of mine who was in the middle of getting his permanent residency went with me. It was a last minute decision when he found out he couldn't return to Australia with his wife at the same time. Also through the BOA forum there was an organised meet-up in London which semi-failed, but a couple from London, a Hungarian/Finnish tourist and I met up for drinks. I ended up camping with the London couple and a group of people who had space near their campWe had such a great time and still keep in touch

So yeah, my new job is slightly terrifying!
Alright, sounds like fun. Never been to any English festivals so.
And what about your new job is terrifying?

It was fucking COLD! Even some of my camping neighbours who ARE English bitched about the cold. The food was often pretty horrible but Bloodstock is a good festival to see bands. There is only one main stage, plus an unsigned stage and another stage for smaller British bands. The loos were way better too![]()
Having one primary stage is often nice.As far as my new job is concerned, it's just having to deal with the legal side of the job that bothers me. I have to liaise with a team in town to organise legal hearings, chase/annoy doctors, get through a gazillion emails and so-on. Not like my usual job where it gets done when it gets done, excluding the doctors' meetings..."write this...no don't write that please...are you listening...slow down so Alix can type what you want to say...full stop...comma...where's that bit where you wrote this?" blah blah fucking blah.
Those sirens are fucking loud, sounds like someone's in trouble with the law, or dying.
I think I might just go out for the first time in over a month tomorrow night...smell ya later!
