My last experience was the PSP which I bought for longer flights. But nowadays it is easier to download somehting to the phone.

PSP has some strong titles as well, though I really enjoy the Nintendo exclusives a lot better. There is also a remake of Zelda - Ocarina of Time for the DS, would certainly be worth looking at, the Nintendo 64 game was the best Zelda (and possibly best game) ever.

Just went briefly over it. Maybe also I choice and I will "borrow" the 3DS from my nephew

Don't compare Zelda to angry birds. The latter is a marketing trick trying to sell something as something it is not (like a phone as a handheld). Zelda: OoT is the top of human entertainment. Kind of beats the hell out of any tv show or stuff like circus, amusement parks, etc..

Relax. There is nothing against Zelda, was one of the best games in the past. But if you just have 15 minutes in the train or somewhere I don't carry any gaming only device with me - and than I play - guess what - angry birds
