I usually go out in t-shirt when its not snowing, unless I see people with scarfs and long coats etc...

I check the weather. That or I step outside.

Either I'm in a tshirt, or I'm in a tshirt with a jacket over it, usually.

Well for September it is. I think the average is 25C. Consider this:

Our summer got killed by the tropical storm. Before it we had 35C, then it dropped down to like 25.

We're having 29 tomorrow though. But that's not really warm enough to be called true summer heat. But apparently we're going to inch up to 31 in the next few days.

Story of last summer! If you recall all the floods we had down here, for a month straight at least, we had temperatures from 22 - 25 and rain every day. It sucked. Then a random day in March it was up to 35.

Why would people complain about you wearing your own jacket?

I've been wondering that forever. Really, it's always "I get cold just looking at you" or "are you going outside like THAT?".

I never really get what the problem is either.

I've been wondering that forever. Really, it's always "I get cold just looking at you" or "are you going outside like THAT?".

I never really get what the problem is either.

I get complaints on the other end of the spectrum. No matter how hot it gets, I'm in pants (I hate shorts) and usually I wear black or otherwise dark clothes. It got really funny in marching band sometimes - everyone was wearing the least amount of clothing possible (while being decent obviously) and they'd come up to me like, "aren't you burning up?" Even when we were in like the upper 30s and possibly the 40s sometimes.
