Drakensang, Baldurs Gate 2, Diablo, Dungeon Keeper, Starcraft/Warcraft, stuff like that I guess. I'm usually more into the old games for nostalgy reasons, and then some new rpgs and the blizzard stuff of course (which are just renewed old games )

Actually today I made most of my posts from the office.

There are emulators out there so you can try it for free.

And how can a game purely based on characters stats and items not be a RPG?

I was thinking the same thing.... pokeymon is definitely a RPG, though definitely not my favorite.

Well depends how you view it I guess, some just don't like it cuz they think it's kiddy, some don't like it cuz of the repeating storyline.

For me, I just love it cuz the battle system is good, there are loads of options with good balance and it's based mostly on skill and only ever so slightly on luck.
