I'm really sore. On Saturday I had my first proper weights session at the gym I just joined. The trainer dude that did my fitness assessment/orientation got me to do the assisted chin-up machine on like the 2nd easiest weight. When I did them myself I couldn't get through the second set so I made it easier. Now I have sore muscles that I didn't even know existed! I'm going back to do weights again tomorrow...it's going to suck! My core is so piss weak it's kind of hillarious. Best to get on top of it now before my back problems become crippling like everyone else in my field.
