Well, I can imagine the will not to vote during summer time. Absence would only help PVV in this case, as most "normal" voters are on vacation during that time. And (from own experience) you can't vote abroard, even in the Dutch embassies.
Most PVV voters don't have anything to go on holiday. (amoungst other reasons) And by constitution you need minimum 3 months to organise elections. (en ik wil óók kunnen stemmen, niet vergeten!)

what they mean is not waiting until after the summer, but postponing it until they get the economical measures they want (e.i. fucking everybody over besides a couple of multi millionairess).

Well, in that case, I'm STRONGLY against a bunch of technocrats.
At first, not elected. So, no mandate.
And 2nd, no "draagvlak" except for the happy 1%. (who only thinks about their proper money)
