Few weeks ago I had my elecricity off for 10 hours and next day internet down for 12 hours. I was so pissed off

Few weeks ago I had my elecricity off for 10 hours and next day internet down for 12 hours. I was so pissed off
Our internet's actually connected to a battery thingy, so when our power goes out, I can still get online for another few hours.
It's pretty nice, since usually the power goes out because of a bad storm. And usually it'll kill the TV satellite too, so the internet's all we have to keep an eye on the weather. (Or my mom having me check sports scores. 
)

I'd imagine it works anywhere. You just buy the battery thingy and plug your router and whatever else into it instead of the wall.

Sure, could get one. Just best not to put lot of things to one of those and good to test them sometimes (I've had some bad experiences)

Just before I left work I explained to a couple of staff members that I didn't get the job I had applied for. Just as I was about to leave one of the kids had finished his session. This is roughly how things followed:
Kid: Hi lady!
Me: Hi, how are you?
Kid: I missed you! *hugs*
