Like Quark said, try sending and email directly. There are parts in the forum where this would fit and still there won't be any Wacken staff even thinking about reading the post. Often they don't answer (don't care about?) email either, but it's the better try

I know they don't read here, it's funny with all the W:O:A wants to know and "bandrequests" as well. :p But thanks anyway, was just wandering why they post to watch out for vendors when they have no report function (I know other organisations that really appreciate it).

That wasn't during the show. During the show it was just too full for him because of the bad sight. We were completely in the back and we still had a guy jumping right into us and punching around, giving Quark a good scare and injuring Marion who was already injured.

Yeah that is a downside from the entirely filled up festival area's. Sometimes you got idiots in the back going crazy when your like, well get into the pit during stuff like Canibal Corpse or something don't drag that shit to Maiden. I saw people trying to build a circle pit at Guardian this year as well, just means they've never been to a Guardian concert.

The fireworks happened at the camping ground. Considering Quark was openly walking with his white cane, that was really fucked up!

Taking fireworks to the festival is fucked up to begin with, but shooting em at people, especially when they have bad eyesight, is just retarded. Has nothing to do with being drunk either, most people there have been drunk plenty of time and never gotten violent or anything. It's also kinda hard to inform security at Wacken, I'm not even sure if they actively scout around but if they do, I've never seen em.

Yeah fortunately I haven't seen any people been trowing fireworks at other people after 2008 anymore.
I think the fest became more friendly again in the last 3 years.

We were really surprised about the moshpit at blind guardian too...

Well I have to say for that 1 exception this festival really was a blast and indeed friendly. I have a rather large tent which we use with several people and usually there are some random idiots that throw stuff over it (like tomato or something). This year however we've had nothing of the like. Also no problems with overly large crowds or drunk people destroying stuff, so certainly a nice Wacken in that regard.

it was really nice this year indeed, though I thought the crowds at some of the bands where to large... but of course I was anticipating on it already, I mean, it's wacken, you know there's going to be big crowds.

Môre,

I think he had fireworks shot at him during that show. That's what he means by "bad memories" (though he can explain himself if he's not already gone).
I was. See below.

And the fact that I got stuck up in a crowd which I couldn't oversee anymore, forcing me to go to a direction I didn't want to go.

After 13 years (1997, 1999-2010) it's enough.
