tis isn't really something I want to use painkillers for, because than you might force something that needs to heal.

I hope I just slept in a wrong way, because it's really annoying!

Book yourself in for remedial massage - preferably by someone who is noted for working on athletes or similar i.e. someone who will ask specific questions and knows what they're doing.

Last time I thought that it was an infection and a swollen lymph node instead of a stiff muscle..

After that I used some pretty heavy pain killers. But yea, when I still thought I had just been sleepy badly, I didn't wanna use any either.

Well, I'm someone who's not willing to take meds immediately, but with the pain in my arm (post operation) I'm somewhat forced to take them, otherwise the pain is insupportable. (and the doc says it can take up to 3 months after now)

Though I'll try without today, I'm also feeling it.
