Enter Apuokas and you are sure to either leave immediately due to the looks you'll garner or get stuck in and surly with the locals, leaving soused not-quite-soon-enough with a pocketful of sordid stories. Primarily a bar for metalheads, a studded leather jacket will help you win over the regulars who range from burgeoning skinheads, to batty brandy-drinkers with breathing problems, to wasted old-timers facedown on the bar by 20:00. The food is limited and you won't know what you've ordered until it's arrived, but it's good and cheap. Apuokas also offers a grand opportunity to drink out of an enormous 1 litre glass for only 8 litas. Can't beat the prices, but you can get your ass beaten, so be careful.

my guess is if you show up as a metal head and you don't look too much in horror at the people there you shouldn't have a problem
