Newest one is burping co2 behing me, primary fermentation started as planned

Why is it that the two days of the week you can really sleep for as long as you want, you wkae up after aonly a few hours?

Mead from yeasterday haven't started fermenting yet, but I'm counting on that it will take a few days

Also that one is only 10 liters in a 30 liter barrel, will take some time unti lit builds up enough co2

and it's the first brew of that yeast

but I have faith in it

Yeah I hate that, the same thing happened to me this morning.

Primary fermentation should be ready in 5 days, but I'll give it 6-7 before I put it in secondary

Then about a week in secondary/clearing stage after which I put it on bottles

2 weeks on bottles to get carbonated

then a few hours in the fridge = done for smaple

I have never tried Mead, what is it like? I hear that it's sweeter than beer.
