I use it at work, and it will be great for the long journey to WOA. In 2003 I brought along a diskman and a CD binder with a bunch of CD. This will be much more convenient. And I will leave my CDs at home. Safe and sound.

it is a pretty good mp3.
problem is, right now, when i try to search for a song, it'll mess itself up somehow and won't work again until i plug it into a computer...

Yes true, but I will give my ears a break from time to time. Also will try to sleep on the plane. I think I can re-charge it at my friends house in Germany. I usually get 8-9 hours out of a charge.

i have a 30 gigger and it sucks, i still have 2 and a half of cd books left to add, and i need to get a 160 gig one now

Yeah the 160 is sweeeeet. Wish I'd waited a year. That's why I hand select songs rather than dumping entire CDs on mine. That is unless the entire CD is killer!

Mine has been rock solid for over a year, so have my friend's ipods. I have had super good luck with apple products.
