Cook oil, mince and oinion in heavy based stove top pot. Till brown, reduce heat.
In bowl mix tom juice, water beef stock and Worcest Sc, celery salt, pepper. Pour into beef mixture.
Stir in pasta. Cover n cook for 25 mins simmer, stirring occass.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and sherry, sprinkle with parsley to serve.

it was GREAT!!! Saw some awsome bands, the 9 hour traindrive was actually quite nice, it was very comfortable.
