Those messages you send with your cell. I think you call them "texts" but SMS stands for Short Message Service.

I insure the accessability to healthcare for asylem seekers. As they don't get any money by Belgian state, someone has to pay their medical bills. And it's the same state that does that. (by another service called Fedasil)

It is. But I never see asylem seekers personally, I have more contact with hospitals and docters about their bills. Or authorisations for certain treatments. (if the State pays for them or not, I'm not a docter myself)

That's probably a good thing. That could get very uncomfortable at times I would guess. But you are still doing them a good service.
