They usually play WOA at even years, as in 02, 04 and 06.
This year the organizers thought they played "too often" (obiously a stupid ass) and said they couldn't play, I guess they hope to play next year at WOA.

I'm not going to WOA any more though, at least not until it gets smaller again, if that will eve happen
