5 weeks untill school's out, and possibly my last year of school
Was gonna do some more HIIT, but calves are still ravaged so i might give it a miss
why possibly?

eg after warmup do
10sec sprint / 20 sec walk / 30 sec jog
Repeat ..
Fucking annihilates man.. much more effective than just straight running
well, high school anyway.
because i have like 3 more classes i need to graduate, so i might just take them online or something.

i did some classes online at university... i was shit at them, cause i neglected it too much.. was always like, ah i can do this later... .
i can imagine, sounds painful... but it works, i guess
or you can do on a bike.. same principle..
its just really pushing yourself to near your max heart rate for short bursts
allows a quicker recovery of normal heart rate
