how did the training go though?

And what do you do at the gym?

training went great, I managed to do all strenght-exercises on a heavier weight then last week (I want to improve every week now, since it is only 4.5 more weeks)

only thing is still the running, I have to run more...

I do a combination of condition and strenght, takes me about 1.5-2 hours a day

But you do put in days of rest I hope?

The muscels need to recover as well.

When I did the most of training I did 3 days of traingin, then one day off.

Each of the three days were different muscle groups
