I've heard that Californians are dumper, because they are always rebuilding their houses in danger areas of vulcanos, tsunamis and mudslides, only because there's a nice view

Well..as far as I know, there are no active volcanos in california.
I can't think of a time where there was ever a Tsunami...
and as for the landslide, that happened about 30 miles from my house, in area with very poor people. Though there certainly is a nice view.
