Where is this Charleroi? Easy to get to?

South of Brussels, direct IC train (without supplement) and a shuttle bus (line A) to the airport there from Charleroi Sud station.

Try www.sncb.be (or www.nmbs.be) depending on the language. (or www.b-rail.be, and choose language)

I've read that I need to make reservations with Eurail only on Spain, but I'll check it again
