Sort of, it is called Marktplaats (marketplace in dutch) and you can either choose to sell your item with a fixed price or people can bid on them. But there is no time limit.
I sold a gothic top... really not my cup of tea.
bought it because it was so pretty, but I do not wear it, and it is a waste to have it in my closet not being worn

Frisian is an official language but it is not like in Belgium where people learn 3 different languages in school
I think Frisian is more a speech impediment actually

here in Brazil, we have only portuguese as official language
but we have 26 states, each one very different from the others, each one looks like a little country

it's very strange

you have LOTS OF SLANGS for each state...
the accent and the talking speed changes too...
it's a crazy country...
and there's a lot of silly rivalries between some states...
