Dunno if they play it on Oktoberfest. It's the typical german Volksmusik. It was like the only german music some decades ago and now old germans do like that very much (I mean old as 40 up ). It's also full shows about it in TV every day

I don't like Roger Daltrey's voice and Pete's guitar sound... althought John and Keith, are the most underrated musicians... they are the unique thing audible on the bans music...

Beatles for me were the most overrated band ever, they were POP! And what they did, doesn't have relevance to what Elvis, Bob Dylan and The Band did for the music... I don't like their sound, their music, and their experiments, which for me are only fillers without any meaning and context...
