i think that the last working day (before an event) is probably the best day

-because you know it is the last day
-because you know that in the next days you'll have enormous fun and so on

its the same thing as friday, which in my opinion is better than saturday because ok you stay at home on saturday but you already feel that there is just a day remaining

but on friday you have 2 free-days coming

The closer it gets, the further away it seems and the more things I'm scrambling together realizing things like "oh shit, I still have to book a hotel in Hamburg for the 2nd to 3rd" -.-

Does anybody think it'd be rude if I go halves with a friend of mine on that Hamburg hotel and make my ex get his own seeing he's being stubborn when it comes to paying his share?

well atleast he won't screw up you vacation that way
