that also depends on when you are gonna go. Last year when I checked about going to the US, I could get to Baltimore (for Maryland Death Fest) for 330, but then the economy crashed and less people were taking vacations, so tickets got more expensive
but if you book way in advance, you can fly really cheap

I actually think that the bad economy makes the tickets cheaper just so people will get into the plains.

train was about 99 euro's for a return ticket when I went two years ago.
takes about 6 hours from amsterdam

Typically if you go to the airport at the last minute and an airplane still has seats they'll take any reasonable offer to not lose out on money they could get if the plane had empty seats.

At least that's what a lot of people have told me.

honestly, im not so much interested in us.. i dont like to travel for 20000 hours .. maybe new york.. but for the skyscrapers and so on

im more interested on european countries (which i've still many to visit) and japan!
