Well, linguistic laws.
Like, in Brussels I can only use NL of FR, but as a federal servant I am allowed to use German as well, as long as the person on teh other side is from one of the 9 Germanophonic communities. (or is situaded in the Malmedy-area)
But IF I were to leave the Heysel/Heizel (and enter Flemish territory) I cannot use anything BUT Flemish.

Wrong, discriminative and stupid laws. I wipe my ass with it.
