you've to know that i've 3 supervisors

-the one that should be my direct supervisor who thinks more to enterprise's interests than ours (which is right in a certain sense)
-the one that should be our quality coach, who is so and so
-another one (a female one) who is also not my supervisor at all but she is the right one to ask it.. im waiting for the other 2 to leave the call center
