the best pasta anyway is BUCATINI, which is a pasta very similar to spaghetti, just "larger" and it has an hole in which the sauces go(i hope you will understand because i cant explain it better in english)

we usually eat them as "bucatini all'amatriciana", so bucatini with tomatoes sauce, hot pepper, olive oil, sheep milk cheese and bacon
