for the TH (=Technische Hochschule) Karlsruhe you'll find them here: http://www.zvw.uni-karlsruhe.de/termine.php . but every university has their own times here...

though there's still the problem of learning German fast enough...
could be possible if I like gave myself a really intensive course, like memorizing words out of dictionaries and stuff...
but then I still need to figure out how to practice speaking it, and being able to listen and understand it...

yeah... you have to bring/make a proof you can speak german properly

Before the beginning of the study, foreign applicants (except holders of the “Abitur”) have to pass the DSH examination. DSH stands for "German language examination for university entrance". The exam can be sat for at Studienkolleg of Universität Karlsruhe (TH).

This obligation is waived of applicants have already passed one of the following exams:

* Language diploma from the KMK, Level II
* Minor or Major diploma in German language
* Central Advanced Level examination of the Goethe Institute
* TESTDAF: Minimum Result: 4x4
