an italian site wants to take me to court because i've bought my wii from them

it was broken, sent it back
they sent me an used wii and i noticed it obviously (wii has an internal diary)
they to apologize promised me a game
the game never arrived
called them many and many times but nothing received (even if they say they would)
posted a negative opinion on an italian opinion website and they got angry..

fat one lost. hot coffee was actually about the heat of the coffee which mcdonalds kept at too high a temperature (the coffee beans could be used longer that way), the suing was for the damage, not spilling.

not that I'm trying to defend these people. natural selection takes it course.
