it is raining like hell, and the wind is terrible, my umbrella did not like it...

raining here too, but not really hard... and not windy either

yeah everything longer the a couple of minutes is already to long if you ask me

well it depends...
if they actually have some problem where everything you tell them doesn't work and it's just a malfunctioned product or whatever, then it's not their fault...
like me and my dad with the Zune support people, that took at least an hour or two or maybe three actually...
oh and not to mention the replacement didn't work either
