hm well I didnt have such experiences. (hamburg rocks!)
as I said, I kind of love the people I work with. one of the colleagues said "your name is Franziska? Well you are in an italian throw, you're Francesca!" (did I spell it the right way? ^^) and since then they call me that way

im pretty sure there are even italian good people like the persons you are working with (and me? ) but maybe italians in percentage are a bit worst than other people

how could i explain it?

mmh maybe in.. mmh france there are 50% good people and 50% bad people

in italy it would be 40% good people and 60% bad people

well the germans are also said to be very impolite in the countries they are making their holidays

I'm not sure. pasqual (the francesca-colleague) once showed me a postcard of an italian cost and said "I was born here! " ^^ but our chef (he is only called pino, the restaurant is named "da pino") is born in germany. but he talks a lot italian. his brother saverio .. dont know either. and neither I know about the pizza-bakers mario or mauricio ( ? )
