you do it with a bunch of people...everyone has a big glass of beer, and shots of sake. you place the sake shots on chopsticks over the beer, and everyone goes "SAKE! SAKE! SAKE! BOOOOOMB!" and on the 'bomb' you slam your fists on the table causing the sake to fall into the beer, then you chug one of my favorite drinking rituals.

Yep there is a little japanese restaurant that doesn't check ids, and they have this little special room that you can rent, where everyone sits on the floor...
