great I got a fuckhead on the phone, I pushed him everyday for 3 weeks to install a new version of a programm because this monday the suport will stop.
so now he's finally installing the update.
and guess what his firewall is blokking it, and he doesn't know what kind of firewall he has, and how to solve this.

and since we didn't provide his firewall I can't help him with it...

and that's exactly the reason why we asked him to update 3 weeks ago, so he woul dhave plenty of time to solve any problems... now he only has today and this weekend...

don't think they can restore it from the one time the forum crashed, if that's what you mean... they're only restoring the threads in the German board
