yea, same here. I could stay up basicly any night, but I feel like sleeping in the afternoon is screwing me up

I'm also a bit wondering, why when I go to bed in the evening, I always awake after like at least 7 hours but when I go to bed in the morning, I sleep more than 12 hours, even if I set an alarm...
