Though she's flying back to Hawaii today to visit her mom.

Wow I hope there are, that would be KILLER! But in the way of Metal what we've gotten lately has been Metalcore.

Well here I'm average to tall, but in Europe I felt short to average. There was some TALL guys there, especially the Swedes and Norwegians. I'm part swedish, but I did not get my height from that side of the family.

I'm 5'5 so, I'm about average.

I figure I'll be short in Europe. I got my height from my Irish side, not that there's anything much taller in my lineage.

What's funny is typically I'm short to average but at metal shows I tower over all the women! I feel like a Danish person in Japan lol

That's pretty cool, most Asian women here are not into metal. Well most people here in general are not into Metal.

That's what everybody's been getting lately. Only one good tour this summer and I just saw it.

5'5 is on the taller side for a woman here. My father is 6' and my brother 6'4". Don't know what happened to me, I'm 5'10".

Very seldom do I see an Asian or anybody other than white people at metal shows here. Except at thrash shows, thrash gets all sorts.

Being shorter is useful though. It usually gives me the advantage of people not minding if I watch the show in front of them because I'm shorter. So in all the crowd pics, you see all the short women, then the guys behind them.

The Northern states, despite apparently being more friendly to them, has a lower minority population than the other states. Especially New England. I don't see very many Asians at all, but the rest I see plenty of.

Yeah most of it sucks badly, a few of those bands have something a little different to offer. For me it's the vocals which I can't stand. And the lack of guitar solos. The songs are mostly one dimensional.

I heard one that I could stand more than most. They seemed more closer to metal with guitar solos and such. I didn't mind them, but the rest I was helping run Blackguard's merch booth through or trying to fall asleep.

Here we have lower percentages of some ethnic groups than many other states. We have very low arab and black populations.
