you can grant yourself something, as long as you actually take it as something special and not as understood

well I used to eat as much as possible.. but since I stopped smoking that kind of got out of control and I gained 14 Kg... which is a bit to much.
so I like to loose about 5 to 7 Kg now...

I thought it was 10

yeah I know.. well I don't necessarily need to loose weight, just as long as my belly gets away.

after breakfast I am. The season is over, so I don't have fixed working times anymore

i was 60kg upto 2 years ago then i met my girlfriend in 2 years i gained 14kg (which are 5-6 too much for my body )

already lost 7 kgs in a month (in april) but i've regained one in these 2 months (because i had many parties, birthdays etc etc )

so im 68 at the moment and i'll start another diet on monday

i'll be 60 in a month
