I don't know, but the average house in my city is $450k I believe. I don't live in one, I have an apartment I share with my mom.

I live in a small town close to a small city.
Well, you live near Rome, that's why it's expensive. Tourism heaven and silly tourists pay way too much for things willingly.

typical italian seaside town.. not the best italian sea for sure..80k persons.. but i would probably seem racist or so but 20k are italians and 60k are from romania and poland.. which is TOO much

It'd probably be nice in my opinion, but things that are different seem nice.
I don't really see disliking that as "racist". Too many immigrants change things for people and not all are welcome to that change. As long as no verbal or physical violence results from it I see nothing wrong with it.

as you have written too -defend- was a term used under quotation marks, i did not really mean defend, it was just a way to explain
